last but not least... finally a mister softie! Not a Custard King or a Mister Ice Cream... but a mista' softie!

I have to admit the ice cream is really rich, thick and smooth. no hint of ice crystals or watery ice cream.

Check out the crazy old man. The line to wait was on the side walk and it was clear i was trying to get a picture but the little perv was soo attracted to the wife, he couldn't resist trying to rub up next to her (he gets closer in subsequent pictures but i like this one because of the logo).

Thanks old dood for ruining my pic. I guess he's not a mister softie after all. :p

Here's david blaine. We read that he's brooklyn born. this was taken early Sunday morning. we've been reading that this stunt is pretty hard on the body. We were told that he's loosing feeling in the hands and is seen here getting them massaged to keep the blood circulating. The release out of the bubble is for Monday night. But if this competes with the medium we won't see it. Maybe we'll catch the re-run...

On this day we were suppose to see the Japanese cherry blossoms and the accompany japanese festival. Unfortunate for us so did the rest of the New York citizenry. But the impromptu picnic was nice and the trip to coney island.

Us in Hawaii. What beach do you prefer? Oh, from the long winter... Ankle farmers' tan... Gone. I'm almost an all even pale shade of yellow now. :P

Here is us at coney island. This is going to be our thing (feet in the sand). We'll probably have to get pictures of HB, crystal cove, santa cruz and at least seal beach to have in our growing collection from Hawaii.

You know, I'm trying to take pictures to blog about but then I never get around to blogging. Here is one a few weeks ago of the laundrymat on president and henry. convienent but it changed owners and has been going down hill fast.

Coney Island Visit

 


Went to coney island again. We were suppose to go to this japanese cherry blossom festival but then it seemed like everyone in New York had the same Idea. We ate our lunch took a second look at the line that wrapped around the corner and decided to go to coney island.

that was fun. It's already getting busy. We went to get some cotton candy and some corn dogs. plus we walked on the beach.
