The BEST birthday this year.

One of my strongest memory of a past birthday was when I got a 2 pound box of Sees candies and twenty bucks from my grandmother and grandfather. It was for my eighth birthday. I was pissed because I couldn't keep the money or eat the chocolates. And it seemed like everyone else forgot my "day".

From that point on I never put much stock into my birthday.

But it hasn't been until recently when I found myself being able to recollect my own birthdays and what happened. I don't know if My wife has had something to do with any of this but I'm feeling it's a disticnt possiblity. I'm starting to remember them .

Let's see:
2003 Suprised birthday part at work (she was then a co-worker).
2004 Eating at Angels (mammoth lakes) she and my cousin suprised me with a cake.
2005 She was in New York but later she flew in and we went skiing in Utar.
2006 My first birthday in New York. No snow this year but being in NY it's a good thing

She went out and got some cake slices from Golden Carriage Bakeries (covertly) and then she got me some swell books via amazon. I love it. I hope I'll always feel so lucky.
