chance of snow?

Going back to new york this weekend. Again a bittersweet moment. I'll be losing my wife for another couple of months. You'd think that after doing this a couple of times already one would get use to it but it only seems harder. I guess there's a threshold limit. The time went by so fast.

I'm kinda looking forward to smelling the smells and being in and around the city again. It's true that it's a nice place to visit but "...I wouldn't want to live there". The living part and being constantly on gaurd and on your feet can be a bit tiresome for me. And then the dirt and grime etc.. Sometimes you just need a day to be away from people and city and rest up and collect yourself. I'm lucky I can leave after a couple of days. Spending most of my time in CA I do miss being able to take the train in a practical way. I wish CA would get better in mass transit. I'm getting tired of driving all the time everywhere.
Seems that the weather will be changing for NY. Lucky for me I like winter weather. It's going to be cold but not as cold as it could be. I'm hoping it won't snow until i leave. I don't want to risk getting stuck in the airport. that would be a drag.

Plus it will also cheese off the wife for it to snow the day after I depart the city. Am i good luck or what? I hope it holds out. Although it would be nice to see the city blanketed in white again.

Okay, we will see what happens. It's a week away and a lot can change especially the weather.
