Another thanksgiving come and gone. I can't help but feel non enthusiastic this year. Normally Thanksgiving is a favorite of mine (except for the crowds and delays). However, I've already celebrated in a fashion Thanksgiving already when my wife was in town earlier in the month. Now that we are apart again it's not the same without her. I remember last year in Brooklyn when we were together thinking about our first Thanksgiving as a couple and being separated from family on the East Coast. We had fun figuring out what we wanted to eat for our own dinner. That was fun. And the leftovers... Better. All i can say is Turkey Tacos. But this year, I'm glad it's over and another day is down and I'm that much closer until she's back home again telling me what to do..
