A pumpkin? For ME???...

Pumpkin carving time! Thanks to the local realator for giving us this swell pumpkin. I wish I would have saved his advertising sticker before I carved this up. I love it when it's time to light them up. I'm thinking in the future maybe LED's for the eyes and for the internal lighting instead of a flammable candle...

Here's one in the daylight. I was going to take a picture of the before unadulterated pumpkin but the battery of the camera needed charging.... Since 2 weeks ago... so no clean pumpkin :(

And here is a shot of my pumpkin carving tool. Got this idear from a friend and I put my own twist to it. I made these for my neices and nephews but have been unable to deliver them in a timely manner. Maybe next year I'll have more luck getting them to them. Meanwhile I'll try and pretty these tools up and clean some of the slop from the epoxy.
