back from the east coast, going up the west coast

okay, a request from the wife to do things chronologic. Eventhough this is "my" blog I don't know why I let her dictate what and how i write! Sheesh.

So, here we are at this boardwalk/pier/boat docking/ restaruant area on the way up to San Luis Obispo from the 101. Avila beach ( I had to check on map quest!). It was pretty nice as I guess they have a lot of crabs in the area. Those boats in the back ground dock out there belong to commercial fisher people that catch crabs etc.. They had these crappy row boats tied along the pier which i assumed people kept there as pleasure crafts. but actually they are used to ferry themselves out to the boats in the ocean!
